Responsibility

Responsibility & scope

To avoid misunderstanding, this page sets out the split of responsibilities between Nexora Digital Solutions (the software provider) and the organizer (who runs the contest). The same split applies to the demo data on this site and to every event built on Nexora Contest.

1. We provide the software only

Nexora Digital Solutions provides a contest management software product (Nexora Contest). We are a technology provider — not the organizer, judging body or issuing authority of any contest.

2. Organizers set the rules

Contest rules, eligibility, scoring criteria, weights, awards and certificate policy are all configured and published by the organizer inside the system. The system only runs, computes and audits according to the organizer's settings.

3. We do not judge

Judges, scores, final review and final rankings are all handled by judges and head judges appointed by the organizer. Nexora takes no part in judging, does not alter scores, and decides no result.

4. Certificates are the organizer's

Certificates are issued by the organizer; the unique serial and public verification page merely reflect the data the organizer entered. The validity and credential value of a certificate rest with the organizer.

5. Data belongs to the organizer

Contestant details, results, media and operational data belong to the organizer. As a technology provider, Nexora processes this data only as needed to deliver the service.
