Five roles, each with its real interface
In Nexora Contest the organizer, judges, contestants, check-in desk and sponsors each see a completely different interface. This page lays out all five separately — step into any role, work through it with real demo data, and see exactly what each person actually has in hand.
Organizer (back office)
What this role can do
Handle registration review, payment reconciliation, score calculation and publishing, awards and certificates, schedule and seating, media operations, sponsors and CRM, reports and settings — all in one back office. The organizer sets the rules; the system runs the workflow.
What the client should look at
Enter from the dashboard, then walk through registration review → results desk (compute / publish / award / certify) → schedule & seating → operations center. Note that every action is logged and traceable.
Which system capability it proves
The hub of all nine core modules — dynamic rule engine, results & certificates, operations & reports. Explore this module →
Judge
What this role can do
Score item by item on weighted criteria, submit and lock on your own device; head judges can also revise final rankings and lock results, with every action written to the audit log.
What the client should look at
Log in as head judge, score a category item by item and submit, then enter final review — see how subjective scoring becomes a reviewable process.
Which system capability it proves
Judging & scoring: weighted criteria, trimmed mean, tie-breaks, head-judge final review and audit. Explore this module →
Contestant
What this role can do
One login to see the entry, payment, schedule and seat, check-in QR, notifications and a verifiable certificate — cutting down on-the-day questions.
What the client should look at
Enter the contestant center; see entry and payment status, my schedule & seat, the check-in QR, and once results are published, one-click download the certificate.
Which system capability it proves
The integrated contestant center with QR check-in and self-serve certificates. Explore this module →
Check-in
What this role can do
Staff scan a contestant's personal QR to instantly verify identity, category and payment status; check-ins are written to the database live and every desk sees the same data.
What the client should look at
Log in to the check-in desk with a staff/back-office account, scan the 'pending' demo token, and watch the status flip from pending to checked-in in real time.
Which system capability it proves
QR check-in: scan-to-verify, real-time sync, call-by-group, trackable status. Explore this module →
The check-in desk needs a staff/back-office login (staff@nexora.contest / Demo#Staff2026).
Sponsor
What this role can do
Sponsors are managed by tier, with logos and booths surfaced on the event page, contestant center and certificate page; booths carry unique codes and available/reserved/sold states, with locked amounts totalled automatically.
What the client should look at
See the sponsor / booth / CRM management side in the operations center, then look at the sponsor showcase on the public event page to understand where sponsorship benefits land.
Which system capability it proves
Sponsor & booth management: tiered sponsors, multi-point exposure, booth state machine, locked-amount totals. Explore this module →

Demo logins
These are one-time demo credentials, for evaluation only — not for production. The demo data comes from demo/schema-demo.sql and can be re-run to reset at any time.
